Solution Architect - HRIS refresh. Its not everyday that an Australian Unicorn needs help with their HRIS program. They implemented it four years ago when they were less than a 1000 people, today they are much bigger and times have changed.
Workday needs ripping out and putting back in for the company they are today.
This is a brand new role that will initially be a 6 month contract with plenty of work beyond that point.
They are currently in 2 months of planning and you'll help them have the future state architecture competed by the end of June. You'll make decision on the functional and technical design to make sure it delivering against the solution architecture. Plus you'll help them figure out what implementation looks like over the next 6-8 months
Currently there are 34 integration that hinge of Workday, off those downstream 10 smaller ones that hinge off that and they are point to point.
We are looking for a Solution Architect with experience across HRIS implementations. Workday would be helpful but its really not essential.
What is important is that you've worked in companies that are a little less structured. If you've spent all your time in multinationals this probably wont be the right role for you.
