The Position
Reporting into the Solutions Delivery - Team Leader, you will be responsible to provide scheduling support to the Service Schedulers, including contacting customers to gather additional information, fielding customer queries, Scheduling works, managing parts for reactive and project works and ensuring that customer SLA’s and KPI’s are met.
What will make you succeed in this role?
- In a small team, coordinate effective scheduling of all technicians across Australia
- Take the lead in managing the overall workflow and end-to-end logistics of technicians
- Monitor service techs are maximising services on site and are being utilised within their working regionEstablish and maintain sound working relationships with clients, colleagues and technicians
- Ensure all customer orders are processed in an accurate and timely manner to meet agreed service standards.
- Ensure customer enquiries are responded to in an accurate and timely manner to meet agreed service standards.
- Ensure documentation is correct and all charges and parts are listed
- Oversee management of inventory for the branch and service team.
- Ensure all inventory is receipted upon delivery and correctly allocated
- Regularly check staff are licensed and or police checks as per state law and have the correct inductions
- Manage the day-to-day operation of service allocation including rebooks and assisting with quoting
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
- Shows initiative and possess problem solving abilities
- Demonstrates effective communication both written and verbal
- Remains in control when dealing with difficult situations or changing tasks
- Experience in high volume administration and/or scheduling
- Experience in managing various stakeholders
- Knowledge of insurance industry and/or building & restoration
