This leading organisation based in Eagle Farm are seeking an enthusiastic Service Delivery Coordinator and Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team. In this role, you will provide first response for service enquires and ensure customer service excellence is carried out across the business.
In this role, key responsibilities will include:
- Manager customer queries and resolve.
- Manage inbound and outbound customer service calls.
- Follow up customer orders with internal departments and drivers.
- Updating information and entering orders.
- General administration
- Customer service focused with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Pro-active team player
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous Administration/Call Centre experience
