Service Delivery Coordinator

Q-bital Healthcare Solutions is a fast-growing company. We are part of Vanguard Healthcare Solutions, a UK-based, privately owned, international provider of infrastructure and clinical services supporting healthcare clients worldwide. Vanguard Healthcare Solutions was established in 1999.

Our purpose-designed and built mobile and modular facilities provide our clients with new or replacement healthcare spaces including operating theatres, endoscopy suites and sterilisation and diagnostic departments.

We are looking for a hybrid Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team in Brisbane, Australia.

Responsibilities for the role:

• Assist in collecting, delivering and setting up units
• Induct contractors at customer sites once the units are installed
• Oversee contractor management in the warehouse and when units are on site
• Prepare purchase and work orders and reconcile invoices
• Assist with the preparation of required documentation
• Assist in overseeing build and refurbishment programme of new and returned units
• Assist with Planned Preventative Maintenance coordination
• Ensure Q-bital’s obligations against quality and safety standards are met
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Attend customer sites to carry out small repairs to the units where necessary

Requirements for the role:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar technical coordination role
• Knowledge of relevant workplace health and safety regulations
• Proven experience in managing inventory, commissioning and after sales support
• Must be able to work effectively as part of a team, and take ownership and accountability in the role
• Experience with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001
• Experience with CAD software
• Class C (or higher) current driver’s license
• Hold or be willing to obtain a valid passport
• Working at height certificate license (desirable)
