About the role
As a PowerCurve Collections Solutions Designer, you will be instrumental in designing and showcasing PCC solutions based off agreed user stories and architecture for a leading Australian bank
The collections program is in place to lay foundations for a single collections platform which will replace multiple collections systems across the business. This role is within the program delivery team, working closely with the various key stakeholders and assist in key deliverables as per responsibilities assigned by the Program Director
Responsibilities
You will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure solutions are delivered based on business requirements complying with CTO guidelines and are also subject to risk oversight
You would ideally have extensive experience across thePower Curve Collections PCC 2.4solutions design / development / application and ideally to have experience in hardship collections
About you
- Proven and extensive hands-on experience across thePower Curve Collections PCC 2.4solutions design / development
- Proven experience in the application of Power Curve Collections solutions to business problems in large, multinational organisations
- Extensive experience with Jira and Confluence
- Strong awareness and understanding of Power Curve Collections platform development including API integration, PCC Connectivity, Views, Listeners, IDE, BPS and Webservices
- Knowledge and understanding of collections solutions trends and technology
- Development and deployment experience on more than one platform
- Exposure to multiple development methodologies with a preference to Agile development
- Experience with both packaged and custom build software
- Demonstrated ability to establish good working relationships at project level across various levels of stakeholders
