Solution Design role, you will:
- Develop and design high technical/commercial warehouse solutions together with the project team
- Model scenarios of current and future operational solutions, and present and advise alternative cost-benefit analysis and value models
- Advise the customer in new and innovative solutions which address the customer's needs and demonstrate clear solution fit
- Support the development of a commercial framework for your proposed innovative solution with Business Development & Key Account Managers in order to achieve DSC's growth, contract retention, and continuous improvement objectives.

- Previous exposure to modelling of complex warehousing or domestic transport network, logistics/transport operations, etc.
- Previous experience/knowledge in Project Management services through automation analysis
- Experience in a commercial role with business development or operations experience
- Successful history of building customer relationships
- Experience in customer negotiations
- Superior organisational, prioritisation and multi-tasking ability
- Advanced Microsoft skills including excel and PowerPoint
- The ability to see the 'big picture' and have an innovative & proactive approach
