About you…
Solutions Specialists are sales focused technology specialists, who partner with our Sales team and Practice Managers &
Leads to help identify and win new business opportunities.
Role Purpose
Assists organisations to achieve greater efficiency and solve organisational problems which exclude the deployment of quality systems and certification processes.
Principle Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Leading presales and bids for our Experience Transformation (ET) practice which consists of 3 sub practices
o Design & Adoption
o Agility, Analysis & Architecture
o Modern Workplace & Collaboration
· Supporting bids of cross practice opportunities.
· Standardising proposals, bids, and tenders.
· Ensuring coverage for all practice offerings.
· Partnering with our Sales team to perform "targeted" prospecting & build ET pipeline.
· Identify and properly qualify opportunities.
· Build trusted advisory relationships with strategic accounts.
· Develop compelling commercial offers and value propositions.
· Provide thought leadership and domain expertise.
· Create reusable Practice artefacts to improve quality of proposals & accelerate our Service Levels.
· Act as leader for the differentiation of Insight's business and technical capability.
· Develop solution knowledge and share this IP both locally and Asia Pacific wide.
· Focus on assisting the practice team to meet the Services Practice's financial target.
Key skills, Knowledge and Experience:
· Strong Pre-Sales experience in a Consulting environment.
· Very strong written communication, including production of high-quality technical artefacts and presales
contributions (proposals, RFP/RFQ responses and presentations).
· Comfortable with presenting and communicating technical solutions to C-Level Execs.
· Ability to work across all practices and see the big picture.
· Excellent client-facing manner.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong client relationships.
· Strong desire to win new business.
· Substantial experience in technical and non-technical roles within a Services environment.
· Ability to understand client's business needs and identify services and technologies that address them.
· Strong understanding of Microsoft's product ecosystem
Technical skills:
· Well-rounded technologically agnostic able to converse and operate across all architecture domains (business, application,
infrastructure, information, security).
· Significant expertise design and delivering solutions using a wide range of technologies.
· Very highly regarded - Experience developing operating models, maturity assessments, governance frameworks, business
cases and the like for a range of organisations.
· Very highly regarded - experience designing and delivering solutions using Microsoft technologies (in particular M365, D365
and Azure.)
