About the role
- We offer an ultrasound service that includes a full range of general, musculoskeletal, vascular, and obstetric examinations.
- We are seeking experienced Sonographers to join the team working at our site in Frankston.
- Perform all Ultrasound examinations, to the highest standards of quality and care, demonstrating extensive knowledge of ultrasound imaging.
- Demonstrate a wide variety of examination experience and clinical skill in Ultrasound imaging.
- Assist in the daily workflow of the area and ongoing service delivery to ensure clinical and operational efficiency and patient safety.
- Display excellent communication skills, and an ability to contribute effectively as a participative team member within a multidisciplinary team environment.
A successful candidate must be dedicated to education and growth as a sonographer.
Essential Criteria
- Registration with the Australian Sonographer Accreditation Registry (ASAR)
- Proven ability to perform critical and complex ultrasound examination procedures independently.
- Demonstrate ability to work both effectively as a member of a team and independently.
- Commitment to quality and patient care - essential
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
