The Role: This is a part time or full time position, reporting to the chief technologist. You will be based at our Bondi clinic with optional shifts at our Prince of Wales Hospital Clinic. This role is Monday - Friday with shifts rostered between 8am - 6pm.
Our busy clinic in the heart of Bondi Junction provides care for patients of diverse backgrounds across many diagnostic services. We're also offering the option to work shifts in our Prince of Wales Private Hospital clinic, providing a unique opportunity to gain experience at both a private and a hospital radiology clinic, PLUS the opportunity to upskill in paediatric and advanced vascular ultrasound if required!
Responsibilities: As a sonographer at I-MED Radiology, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge equipment- with both Philips and GE. Your primary responsibilities will include performing ultrasound scans, assisting the radiologist in minor interventional procedures, and ensuring the highest quality of patient care.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification and registration as a sonographer in Australia.
- Experience in DVT, Carotid, Obstetric, Musculoskeletal, Breast and General Ultrasound
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Be open to using a diverse range of equipment.
