- Real Estate Maintenance (Domestic Maintenance in Rental Properties)
- Commercial - Maintenance (Shopping Centres, Lighting upgrades, Body Corporate Work) and Fit Out (light commercial, tenancy fit outs, small project
- Air Conditioning Technicians (qualified technicians)
- Air Conditioning Installers (Cert II)
- Air Con Install Sub Contractors
- Late year apprentices in any of the above categories
