Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Partnership Officer (2 positions available) to join Office of the Deputy Dean, Faculty of Creative Industries, Education and Social Justice, Academic Division.
The Partnership Officer provides a range of administrative duties which encompasses the organisation and administration of Work Integrated Learning (WIL) activities and professional experience placements within the Faculty of Creative Industries, Education and Social Justice. The Partnership Officer will work collaboratively with staff in the Faculty of Creative Industries, Education and Social Justice and relevant Divisions across QUT who are directly involved in WIL and Professional Experience activities.
Partnership Officers work within a team to provide information and advice on Faculty procedures to University staff, students and external stakeholders. It is expected that all team members in the Faculty of Creative Industries, Education and Social Justice will contribute to a culture where students, academics and other stakeholders report that staff take the initiative to solve problems, make things happen and deliver what they promise.

What you need to succeed
- Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to completion of a degree.
- Demonstrated highly-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to create and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders and maintain confidentiality as required.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure, manage time and high volume tasks efficiently, and meet tight deadlines within the context of competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team and to contribute positively to a work environment focussed on high-quality, high-volume output.
- Ability to interpret rules, policies and procedures with a high degree of accuracy.
- Demonstrated high level written communication skills including the ability to draft correspondence with a high degree of accuracy.
- Demonstrated digital literacy including the ability to use Microsoft Office and corporate systems to input, access, extract and interpret data.
