Qualifications & experience
- Diploma of Leadership and Management
Previous experience & qualifications
- You have a minimum of 3-4 years experience as a Spa/Salon Manager
- Proven client service expertise
- Leadership & performance responsibilities for a group of 15+ therapists & receptionists
- It is in advantage if you speak a second language, due the high demand of tourist in the area
- Your are available to work during the weekends and after school hours
- Have administration experience with a spa booking system ( Zenoti )
Tasks & responsibilities
- Meet spa KPIs
- Deliver clients' expectations from booking to rebooking
- Lead, develop and organise your team
- Keep on top of daily reporting and communications
- Run an efficient appointment book
- Ensure spa presentation meets brand standards
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately
- Be accountable for stock – count it, order it, manage it
