Our Spa – Castle Hill
The beautiful endota spa Castle Towers is conveniently located in the heart of Castle Towers Shopping Centre, in northwest Sydney. Find us in fashion precinct on level 3 – next to Myer, Seed, Country Road and other amazing retail outlets.
Boasting 7 treatment rooms, we specialise in massage, facials, spa packages and a full list of beauty treatments. We offer the latest in advanced skin technology such as Light Therapy (LED), Clinical peels, Hydro-Microdermabrasion and Electro-Mesotherapy.
Your Role
In this newly created role of Spa Supervisor, you will be a visible leader with the ability to coach, develop and support your team through operational excellence as part of a 4-woman strong leadership team. You will report to the Business owner in this dual-management role working in sync with the Front of House Spa Manager.
Your position will form the new Back of House Management, supporting 20+ therapists with their clients and treatments, as well as the efficient running of the relaxation lounge and prep room.
Your positive and growth mindset will see you instill a positive spirit with those you are leading, managing the energy of others to deliver to a time schedule, follow sequences and nail methods, all whilst promoting an atmosphere of teamwork.
In this leadership management role you will:
- Work closely with the in spa trainer to facilitate the delivery of the endota spa service sequences, methods and product knowledge to our team of therapists, scheduling and delivering ongoing training.
- Work in unison with the Front of House Spa Manager to plan and execute spa initiatives across performance and customer service.
- Utilise your customer service skills ensuring our endota therapists are competent and engaged to deliver service excellence and meet retail, rebooking and series requirements.
- Ensure spa operations are seamless & all treatments performed to high standards and on time
- Provide motivation and coaching to inspire your team of therapists to excel at their craft
- Efficiently communicate thoroughly, clearly and concisely across departments and through levels within the company.

Your Skills & Experience
As an endota team member, you are willing to share your time, experience, and expertise – not only for the good of others, but for your own personal satisfaction and growth.
- You will ideally hold a Diploma in Beauty Therapy with previous training experience (Cert IV in Training and Assessment advantageous)
- You are dedicated to the wellbeing industry & providing immersive experiences for our clients
- You are a professional who cares about the quality of service delivered to your clients
- You have strong communication skills and excellent personal presentation standards
- You enjoy sharing your knowledge and expertise for client and personal satisfaction
- You have availability to work late nights and weekends
