Key responsibilities:
- Carry out stock control and administration procedures.
- Pick and pack
- providing customer service, sales and technical support to the workshop and retail customers to develop and maintain customer relationships and to always work towards further Business Development.
- Telephone and front counter sales.
- Ensure a high level of customer service along with a positive attitude at all times.
- Identify, quote, order and provide Parts and Tyres to the customers.
- Identify automotive parts/components and Tyres using consulting catalogues or computer databases such as Oscar.
- Assisting with deliveries if required.
- Directing storeman/drivers with there daily tasks.
- Basic Computer skills.
About You:
- Industry knowledge of automotive parts, Preferably Brakes Clutches & Tyres.
