AddressTop End Diesel, a well established, family run and owned parts retailer is looking for an experienced Spare Parts Interpreter to join our team. We provide an extensive range of truck and trailer parts to a broad range of industries. We pride ourselves on going the extra mile to help and support our clientele through great customer service.
Candidate:
The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:
- Strong technical understanding of Truck and Trailer parts
- Desire/capacity to introduce higher levels of customer service to local market
- Proactive, reliable, self motivated and the ability to work under pressure
- Good problem solving skills and effectiveness in prioritising multiple tasks
- Be a team player with high attention to detail
- Experience in procurement and inventory management
- Strong communication skills
- Capacity to work in a small but dynamic team
- Forklift licence (desirable)
- Current manual drivers licence
Tasks and Duties:
- Timely response and efficient management of customer enquiries from the counter, phone, and internet
- Preparation of quotes, purchase orders and timely completion of other related documentation
- Assisting other team members in daily transactions
- Assisting in delivery and maintenance of the warehouse as required
