Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 DOE | Salary package is fully based off years of Family Law PAE, Billables and what you can bring to the firm. Salary is open to negotiation, but between $200,000 to $250,000 for the right candidate.

Position Overview: As a Special Counsel specialising in Family Law, you will play a pivotal role in providing top-tier legal advice and representation. Your expertise will guide clients through challenging situations, helping them achieve the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Advocacy: Represent clients in complex Family Law matters, including divorce, child custody, property settlements, and financial disputes.
- Expert Legal Advice: Offer detailed and tailored legal counsel to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Mediation and Negotiation: Lead mediation sessions and negotiate settlements to resolve disputes amicably.
- Court Representation: Advocate effectively in court, protecting clients' rights and interests.
- Documentation: Prepare and review comprehensive legal documents, including affidavits, agreements, and court applications.
- Client Support: Provide compassionate support and clear guidance throughout the legal process.
