Salary: Salary package is fully based off years of Family Law PAE, Billables and what you can bring to the firm. Salary is open to negotiation, but between $150,000 to $200,000 for the right candidate.

Role Overview: As a Family Lawyer, you will play a crucial role in providing expert legal advice and representation in family law matters. Your work will help clients navigate challenging times and achieve positive outcomes for their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Advocacy: Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, separation, child custody, and property settlements.
• Legal Advice: Provide comprehensive legal advice tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Mediation and Negotiation: Facilitate mediation sessions and negotiate settlements to resolve disputes amicably.
• Court Representation: Advocate for clients in court proceedings, ensuring their rights and interests are protected.
• Documentation: Draft and review legal documents, including affidavits, agreements, and court applications.
• Support and Guidance: Offer empathetic support and clear guidance to clients throughout their legal journey.
