Role Responsibilities:
Experience in configuration and generation of standard ITSM reports, Dashboards, and Metrics across the ITIL Practices using ServiceNow
Strong experience in designing, building, and generation of insightful reports for Service Management
Prior experience in generation of periodical Service Management reports such as Monthly Service Management Metrics, Service Level Reports, Monthly Service Level Trending and Insights reports etc.
Experience with Splunk, Power BI, or similar tools, ServiceNow Administrator Certification will be an added advantage
Should be familiar with ITSM, ITIL Practices and understand and adhere to contractual compliance requirements associated with reporting.
Due to the secure nature of the role, Australian citizens with a federal government security clearance will be preferred.
