Job DescriptionJoin our dynamic team at Egis as we seek a passionate and dedicated Learning and Development Specialist to embark on a transformative journey with us! As a crucial member of our organization, you'll play a key role in shaping the professional growth and development of our employees. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to make a meaningful impact in a fixed-term capacity, spanning 5 months.
- Review and process-map existing onboarding processes by entity/geography.
- Analyze existing onboarding flows and work with key stakeholders to gain feedback on areas to create consistency and efficiency.
- Enhance onboarding processes to ensure compliance and employee experience are addressed effectively.
- Design updated workflows to facilitate compliance and employee experience requirements.
- Partner with IT to automate workflows and notifications.
- Collaborate with the Comms team to design supporting communications, guides, and FAQs.
- Roll out new onboarding processes to the business, including training and communications as required.
- Complete a review of available training platforms to determine the best fit for ANZ.
- Research and provide a recommendation on the most appropriate repository of all training material, scheduling, and reporting documentation.
- Support the roll out of the global ERP in partnership with IT and finance teams.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proven experience in business process mapping.
- Ability to understand large amounts of data quickly and formulate trends and gaps.
- Experience designing onboarding or similar employee experience activities.
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements and employee experience principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail
- Understanding and experience supporting an organisation undergoing significant transformational change
