The RCR Mining Technologies team is seeking a full-time Trades Assistant for a permanent FIFO position, 2/1 roster, based at Sunrise Dam Gold Mine, Laverton. To be considered for this work you must have a sound understanding of assisting trades with construction and civil works. You must be fit to handle work involving manual labour and bring a great attitude to working within a team environment. Previous concrete maintenance and repair experience is desirable, though not essential.
Skills, experience, and requirements for this role:
- A sound understanding of assisting trades with concrete repair and remediation
- National Police Clearance (less than 3 months old)
- EWP (Elevated Work Platform)
- Work at Heights Certificate
- Covid Vaccination Certificate
- Current Drivers Licence
- Confined Space Certificate
- Fitness to handle manual labour and provide a clear drug and alcohol screening
- A solid commitment to safety, along with a genuine, reliable, nature
