About the opportunity:To support the delivery of the North East Link Central Package, we are seeking an experienced Structures Supervisor to join our team. The role will also be exposed to a mixture of self-perform and subcontractor management. Role required for immediate start and candidates must be flexible with nightshift.Minimum Requirements:

• Ideally, previous experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Contractor on a major project
• Proven experience in successfully delivering large work packages
• Excellent awareness of, and attitude toward Safety
• High level verbal and written communication skills
• Ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions for the project
• Effective communication and builds positive relationships with clients, project team, management, suppliers and subcontractors
• Previous experience with budget control and site delivery management
• Self-motivated
• Exceptional Team Leadership skills
• Computer literacy on MS systems & Outlook
