AddressYou will ideally possess the following skills and experience:
- Extensive experience in hydrogeology.
- Tertiary qualification in Geology, Science or Engineering (specialisation in Hydrogeology is highly desirable).
- Demonstrated commitment to safety.
- Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to influence across multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical and leadership audiences.
- Ability to think strategically and quickly grasp technical problems and business requirements.
- Capability to design groundwater drilling and monitoring programs.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks related to groundwater management.
- Experience in the mining industry and/or familiarity with the Qld Water Act and Environmental Protection Act is highly regarded.
