About the Role
Yarrabee Coal Company are seeking full time Excavator Operators to join our team in Blackwater, our fleet at Yarrabee comprises of Liebherr: 9600, 9350, 984, 995, 996 & 996B, Hitachi 8000-7 along with a combination of Komatsu 830E, Caterpillar 789 & new Hitachi 5000 dump trucks.

Roster: 4 Panels, 7:7, rotating Day/Night shifts, 12.5h x 6 + 9h x1 Permanent
About You
As an experienced Excavator Operator in the Mining Industry you will posses the below attributes:
- Mining Production Excavator Operator with proven work history of operating 400t - 800t machines
- Standard 11 Statement of Attainment
- Thorough understanding of individual responsibilities in relation to the Coal Mining Safety & Health Act and associated regulations.
- Sound communication skills within a mining environment
- Skilled in hazard identification and responsive to safety issues
- Demonstrated team building and leadership qualities
- Maintain and possess a current Drivers Licence
- RII Competencies for mining equipment and/or signed skills list by an SSE
