We have a full-time opportunity until mid 2032 for a Rail Operations Specialist which will be based at the Rail Management Centre in Bowen Hills.
About the role:
Reporting to the Senior Manager Train Service Delivery, you will be required to provide Queensland Rail with expert Rail Operations advice to assist with strategic programmes and solutions to address major risks associated with incidents that could affect the rail network.
As well a participating in post incident debriefs with train drivers, you will plan, lead and manage activities to deliver timely and effective results with competing priorities.

About you:
We are seeking a team member who will bring new ideas, energy and a technical approach to this role.
- Desirable to have a post graduate postgraduate qualifications in organisational psychology, human factors or similar
- Have strong strategic planning and project management experience
- Previous experience working with internal stakeholders involving reviewing and consultation of technical documents
