About the role

 

Provides technical expertise to monitor, evaluate, assess and communicate change impacts and resistance in managing organisational change.

 

  • Supports the success and sustainability of change initiatives, delivers plans and mitigates risks to facilitate the delivery of successful, sustainable and value adding change.  
  • Synthesis change impacts to identify integrated change management risks, reviews change readiness and resistance, and supports leaders and impacted stakeholders in the adoption and successful delivery of the change.  
  • Assesses the change environment, defines and articulates the case for change, and enables the approach, tools and methods required to successfully deliver the change.  
  • Facilitates the identification and underlying cause of problems and supports the evaluation of multiple solutions to ensure a planned and structured approach to solving problems.  
  • Conducts presentations and facilitates workshops using storytelling to connect, influence and engage the audience.  
  • Engages the capabilities of the change resources across the change initiatives and impacted stakeholders.  

 

About you

 

  • Organisational change management experience
  • Experiences demonstrating analytical thinking, agility and creativity
  • Experience working with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Experience in enabling change and working through ambiguity
  • Experience in incorporating BOS or equivalent lean practice ways of working
