The Position
This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of an exciting team at Sydney zoo in the new role of Food & Beverage Supervisor, utilising your skills in an area that you are genuinely passionate about. This role will commence as soon as possible.
The Food & Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for supervising all Food & Beverage staff and ensuring the highest quality of customer service is provided while maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.
Skills, Knowledge, and Relevant Experience
Essential
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a customer service environment.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional personal presentation.
- Customer service focused.
- Good organisational, prioritisation and multi-tasking skills.
- Able to work well both within a team environment and autonomously.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Good problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and staff management skills.
- Legal working rights within Australia.
- Knowledge of and commitment to Workplace Health and Safety, and Equal Employment Opportunity.
Desirable
- Previous experience in a Supervisory role within a hospitality environment.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) accreditation.
