We have recently launched our new retail Cafe onsite selling great delicious products straight to our customers. With high traffic flow and customer engagement, our Cafe has unlimited opportunities!
About the Role:
- Oversee Daily Operations of the Retail store/ Cafe ensuring inventory levels are maintained.
- Create a welcoming and customer centric environment.
- Drive sales by promoting our meal and pastry products.
- Ensure consistent presentation and quality of food and beverages served.
- Manage transactions through POS system.
- Uphold Food & Safety Standards and undertake regular Quality Assurance audits.
- Monitor Cafe trends & report on sales and inventory results.
- Engage key internal stakeholders to market the Cafe and the menu.
- Demonstrate company values at all times with a safety lead mindset.
About You:
- Proven experience in cafe management.
- Demonstrated strong understanding of customer service and food/beverage operations.
- Love coffee and understand extraction and milk texturing concepts.
- Have experience with high volume and have a fast speed.
- Have a passion for customer service and serving on the register.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities, including inventory management and order placement.
- Proficient in operating POS systems and maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the marketing team to develop & implement promotions/ events.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with customers and addressing their needs.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales and performance data and make strategic recommendations.
- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the cafe's operational hours.
- Be reliable and punctual.
- Commitment to upholding company values, policies, and procedures.
