Specialist Project Advisor

We are seeking for an experienced Specialist Project Advisor who will be responsible for engaging with selected Projects to understand project requirements, engage with subject matter experts and S&T capability providers, co-design S&T plans to meet Project requirements.Skills and Knowledge

• Substantial knowledge and experience of Federal business Enterprise
• Ability to prioritise own workload with minimal supervision to deliver agreed outcomes.
• Be experienced with financial management in Aus Federal Govt. agencies.

Major Responsibilities:

• Liaise with selected IIP Projects to understand project requirements, analyse technical risks and communicate potential S&T solutions.
• Engage with subject matter experts and S&T capability providers to explore project technical risks and potential S&T solutions.
• Provide specialist advice to the Federal Intelligence Program team and co-design S&T plans to meet Project requirements and balance INT Program commitments.
• Manage the project schedule and other artefacts using the Federal Project Management Information System (Microsoft Project Server).
• Maintain and manage financial systems.
• Prepare routine and ad hoc reports to support project management.

Location: Canberra, ACTContract terms: 12 Months.SFIA security level required: The Specified Person will be expected to demonstrate attributes of SFIA Level 4Security Requirements.
