The Role
As a Speech Pathologist at On Track Therapy Group, you will assess, diagnose, and treat children with speech, language, communication, and/or swallowing difficulties. You will collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, providing comprehensive care to our clients and their families. The ideal candidate should be able to operate independently, have mature interpersonal skills, and be comfortable liaising with parents about their children's needs.

Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology
Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia
A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (preferred) or a graduate with mature interpersonal skills
Experience with children or individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is highly valued, including personal experience with people on the spectrum
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A strong commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
Ability to operate independently and confidently liaise with parents about their children's needs
