About the position
- Provide high-quality, ethical Speech Pathology services across the lifespan.
- Assess and collaborate with our clients and stakeholders to identify and implement therapy programs in a meaningful and creative way.
- Communicate with key stakeholders to support client outcomes.
- Engage in professional development opportunities to support professional growth and best practice service delivery.
- Participate in identifying new client opportunities and referrals.

About you
- Proven goal-oriented and person-centered approach and mindset
- You're looking for a supportive environment to grow into leadership positions or clinical excellence in an interest of your choice.
- You have a fun & friendly nature are keen to be part of a dynamic team who are passionate about what they do.
- Excellent communication and computer literacy skills
- Positive outlook and self-motivation to engage with our clients and external stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of the NDIS (preferred)
- Mixed caseload experience (preferred, but not essential)
You will need
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
- NDIS Disability Worker Screening clearance, or an ability to obtain.
- Working with Children Check, or an ability to obtain.
- Current drivers’ licence
- Unrestricted rights to work in Australia.
- Registration with SPA
