About us:
Horizon Allied Health, has been around for over a decade and keeping things simple is preferred. In this job advert you won’t find a fancy video or website of how big we are, the number of staff we have or retreats our staff attend.
Our employees are our most valued asset. Investing in our staff and having clear career pathways whether these evolve organically or forged specifically is important to our company’s growth and for service excellence.
As an experienced clinician, with more than 20 years clinical and business experience, I have first hand experience of the importance of working within a stable, healthy work environment; having access to discipline specific clinical support from skilled clinicians, and opportunities to participate in quality professional development courses to develop and learn new clinical skills and techniques.
Our unique, positive culture is central to our core business values. As a team we are supportive of each other and as the company's director, I have your back.
We do not have a revolving door of clinicians passing through the practice. We have a stable team with most of our clinicians working at the company for several years.
We are a growing, stable team and value our great company culture but if joining a large company with lots of bells and whistles is something that appeals to you then (this is probably the last thing I should be writing when advertising a job) we may not be a fit for you.
