About the Position
- This role offers a unique opportunity to manage a diverse caseload of children and adults, contributing to meaningful changes in their lives.
- You will work collaboratively to set goals, develop comprehensive therapy plans, and deliver high-quality assessments and interventions. Your responsibilities will also include prescribing assistive technology, ensuring cohesive service delivery, and supporting clients in overcoming barriers to their development and participation
- Bachelor of Applied Science (Speech Pathology) or equivalent
- Registration with Speech Pathology Australia and CPSP status
- Valid Driver’s License, Police Clearance, Working with Children Check, CPR/First Aid Certificate
- Ability to register for Medicare Provider number, completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module, and proof of working rights
- Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads efficiently and effectively
- Experience with children, young people, and adults with disabilities
- Knowledge and experience with AAC and dysphagia (desirable)
- Excellent communication, organisational, and information management skills
- Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and non-judgmental service delivery
