About the Position

  • This role offers a unique opportunity to manage a diverse caseload of children and adults, contributing to meaningful changes in their lives.
  • You will work collaboratively to set goals, develop comprehensive therapy plans, and deliver high-quality assessments and interventions. Your responsibilities will also include prescribing assistive technology, ensuring cohesive service delivery, and supporting clients in overcoming barriers to their development and participation
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor of Applied Science (Speech Pathology) or equivalent
  • Registration with Speech Pathology Australia and CPSP status
  • Valid Driver’s License, Police Clearance, Working with Children Check, CPR/First Aid Certificate
  • Ability to register for Medicare Provider number, completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module, and proof of working rights
  • Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads efficiently and effectively
  • Experience with children, young people, and adults with disabilities
  • Knowledge and experience with AAC and dysphagia (desirable)
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and information management skills
  • Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and non-judgmental service delivery
