About Department
The Central Gippsland Health (CGH) Allied Health Department is made up of about 60 professionals in Physiotherapy/ Exercise Physiology, Dietetics, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology and Social Work. The department covers a diverse workload over both community and acute settings.

About the Role
We are seeking Speech Pathologist to join our team at CGH. This position offers the opportunity to obtain experience with a mixed caseload, across hospital and community settings and in a thriving and vibrant rural health setting. Specialties provided through CGH Speech Pathology include Paediatrics, NDIS services, Critical Care Unit, Videofluroscopy, Paediatric Feeding, Acute Medical and Inpatient Rehabilitation and Community Outpatients. The successful applicant will work as part of a team comprising of Grade 1 and 2 Speech Pathologists, Allied Health Assistants and a Department Head.

Duties
- Managing a clinical caseload alongside your peers
- Assist in the development of the team by participating in internal in-services and quality projects
- Assist in the supervision of students
About You
- Bachelor Degree qualification or equivalent in Speech Pathology
- Eligible for membership of Speech Pathology Australia
