The Primary Care teams incorporate multi-disciplinary health professionals from allied health and nursing backgrounds and provides services to the Surf Coast catchment area.The successful applicant will be driven to provide collaborative, client centred care to achieve client goals in a range of mediums including face to face and telehealth. The community Speech Pathology team work solely with pre-school aged children and deliver a wide range of services to treat communication and feeding concerns. The role also requires the successful applicant to contribute to the development of high quality community based services and assist in meeting the key performance indicators.You will be working with an innovative team who maintains extensive knowledge and experience. You will have guidance and support from fellow team members and management who exhibit the Barwon Health values.
