Position: Speech Pathologist
Location: Adelaide, SA
Salary: $95k - $105k p.a. + super + travel + bonuses
Immediate Start: Available
Work Arrangement: Primarily community visits and working-from-home; not clinic-based
Flexibility: Option to transition to part-time hours

Therapists will be required to meet a reasonable caseload target of 4 clients per day, as well as some managerial and administrative tasks in a work-from-home environment. We'll be growing our team over the next two years into a large well-rounded support service, and your input will be essential!
Responsibilities 🗣️
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and providing targeted interventions for children and young people with communication disorders.
- Developing individualised treatment plans to support children and young people (18 months to 18 years) with speech, language, and social communication development.
- Collaborating closely with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to therapy.
- Providing guidance and support to junior staff members in delivering high-quality services to our young clients.
- Engaging in managerial tasks such as caseload management and program development.
Requirements 📝
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology from a recognised institution.
- Current registration and Eligibility for Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
- Current Working With Children Check
- National Police Clearance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence and registered/insured motor vehicle.
- Minimum 3 years experience working with children and young people in a speech pathology setting.
- Proficiency in conducting assessments and delivering interventions tailored to the unique needs of each child.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with young clients and their families.
- Strong organisational skills and the capacity to work independently as well as part of a team.
