As a key member of the team, you will play an integral role in providing support and therapy to clients with communication and swallowing difficulties related to their mental health conditions.
You will work closely with the team of mental health professionals to develop and implement treatment plans, and to help our clients achieve their communication and swallowing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinic loctaed in Karrakatta, WA
- Mix between clinic & community
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients with communication and swallowing difficulties related to mental health conditions
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients
- Work collaboratively with mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure coordinated and effective treatment
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Participate in team meetings and case conferences
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client treatment and progress
