Aim to Enhance, an NDIS Service Provider, is committed to supporting self-managed or plan-managed NDIS participants. They are expanding their team to meet the growing demand for in-house Speech Pathology services. As a Speech Pathologist, you'll work closely with a range of clients, tailoring treatment plans to enhance their independence, well-being, and overall quality of life.
Your new role
In this role, you will empower community members by providing in-house consultations. Your responsibilities include:
- Assessment & Planning: Understand each client's unique needs and goals to create personalised treatment plans
- Treatment Implementation & Evaluation: Implement evidence-based interventions and regularly assess client progress
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
What you'll need to succeed
Possessing experience within speech pathology, you will be a passionate individual with a willingness to learn working for an exciting and growing business. This will be supported by:
- Proficiency in assessing clients' communication and swallowing needs
- The ability to customise treatment plans based on individual goals and preferences
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Speech Pathology or a related field
