As part of this role, you can expect to:
• Manage a varied caseload with a high proportion of paediatric clients.
• Use your clinical and professional skill to deliver patient-focused therapy to a range of clients and their families.
• Design therapy programs to address communication, language and literacy needs to achieve client goals.
• Ability to plan, advocate for and coordinate client care independently.
• Conduct evidence-based assessments, provide reports and recommendations.
• The ability to analyse problems, set priorities and apply a range of options to develop solutions.
• Liaise with patients, their families, and other stakeholders.
• Provide therapy services face-to-face and via Telehealth.
• Work effectively with a multi-disciplinary team.
As a member of our team, you will receive:
• Salary between $70,000 and $100000, depending on experience.

An ideal candidate will have:
• A degree in Speech Pathology.
• Eligibility for membership of your professional association - Speech Pathology Australia.
• Experience working with paediatric clients, including those complex needs.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, National Police Check.
• Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
• Excellent time management.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
