This is a community-based role for a Speech Pathologist who can manage a paediatric NDIS caseload in South Perth. You will be provided with a company car.
You have the option to work full-time or part-time.
Flexible hours to help manage your life outside of work. You will be encouraged to attend regular PD courses & you will be provided with a $1500 allowance per year for the events.
The clients you see will be tailored to be within a 30-minute drive of your geographical location. The hubs are filled with snacks, drinks, and resources & are also pet-friendly!
The Role
- Early Childhood Key Worker - liaise with your multidisciplinary team, families & stakeholders to achieve a holistic 360 approach & support your client/s most effectively.
- Office/community-based role - hub located in North Perth, with a range of activities, resources & goods to enjoy.
- Multidisciplinary working environment - work alongside, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and positive behavior support workers - from new grads to experienced.
- Opportunity to mentor new graduates within the scope of speech pathology and early childhood intervention.
- Assisting clients with speech, language, fluency and voice, swallowing eating, social skills, learning skills, ability to effectively communicate with peers etc.
- Conditions can vary depending on your caseload - however, there is room to tailor your caseload to your specialisation.
- You will be seeing clients with NDIS funding - experience within this field is necessary.
- Opportunity to have- weekly or fortnightly catch-ups with your clinical lead, to discuss your caseload
