VersaLearn Speech Pathology is seeking a full-timeSpeech Pathologist to join our experienced and remarkable team of 13 Speech Pathologists based in Narre Warren and Cranbourne.
Our highly experienced Director and Team Leaders are Speech Pathologists so we know EXACTLY how to support you as you start your career.
You will:
Work with a varied caseload that will help you develop a broad range of skills when supporting children up to 12 years of age.
Develop your knowledge base to assess and provide therapy to children with speech and language delays and disorders, autism, literacy and learning disorders and fluency difficulties.
Work across clinic and school environments to develop your parent-coaching skills and your consultative skills to collaborate with educators.
Deliver innovative therapy programs at the clinic and in schools (e.g. Speech Therapy Assistant program in schools, Social Connection groups).
Learn how to implement a range of language and social connection groups with another Speech Pathologist.
We can’t wait for you to join our Learning Pathways Program that includes:
- a comprehensive 6-month induction program that will support you every step of the way in your role as a VersaLearn Speech Pathologist;
- a two-year highly structured and sequenced Learning Pathways Program with eight evidence-informed clinical learning modules;
- weekly mentoring for 24 months and collaborative sessions with a senior clinician to support putting clinical planning and strategies into practice;
- dynamic clinical discussions and peer mentoring that focuses on putting evidence-based practice into action!
- external professional development opportunities to enhance your skills.

Applicants need to be a member of Speech Pathology Australia, have a Working with Children check and National Police Check, and a current driving licence.
