Speech Pathologist – Community role

We have an opportunity for a an experienced Speech Pathologist in Preston area. The Speech Pathologist will deliver services to adults though multiple service delivery modes including telehealth, community visits and office-based services.

The organisation is a leading Community Health provider, servicing the broad spectrum of clients, including Aged and NDIS clients, work with a team of Allied Health Professionals, providing united and holistic approach to care.

You will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders. 

You must be able to prioritise activities and have a passionate about improving the quality of life for clients, and a mindset supporting person centred individualised care.

Candidate Profile:

• Speech Pathology - Tertiary Qualifications
• Certified Practicing membership of Speech Pathology Australia
• Ability to build positive relationships with clients & families
• Supportive team oriented person
• Excellent communications skills, able to compile reports and document referrals
• Current National Police Check
• You must have a Driver’s License , car provided
• NIDIS Worker Screening Check
