You will be helping support and guide a team of speech Pathologists, managing a reduced mixed-ages caseload within the clinic and the community.
Full-time or part-time time options are available, plus flexible working arrangements.
The role
- Manage a small team of Speech Pathologists
- Responsibilities include: performance appraisals, assisting with scheduling, conducting meetings, ensuring staff are supported, and helping facilitate monthly team catchups
- The successful applicant will also manage a reduced caseload
- A mixture between Clinic and community-based roles with the option to work from home
- Mixed caseload (paediatric, adult and senior), with options to tailor to your preference
- Assess and treat a wide range of disabilities within the NDIS
- The clinic is located around Como, Western Australia
- Collaborate with fellow highly Allied Health professionals carrying over 10 years of experience
- PD allowance provided
