The Role:
As an Occupational Therapist, you'll deliver evidence-based care to clients under Aged Care funding. Collaborating closely with clients and care facilitators, you'll enable individuals to maintain independence in their own homes for as long as possible.

About You:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy with current registration
- Post-graduate experience in various aged care settings, including community services
- Ability to assess needs and tailor programs for aged care clients in the community
- Familiarity with wellness, re-ablement, and restorative care practices
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in relevant software for remote work
- First aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance
