AddressOrganisation;Brightside Recruitment is currently working with an expanding allied health and NDIS provider that has been supporting the community through the lifespan based in Blacktown and Penrith.
As an Independent Practitioner, you'll provide specialised clinical support to NDIS participants of various ages and disabilities, operating autonomously and with minimal supervision. Your tasks include assessments, tailored intervention plans, service delivery, and contributing to program enhancements.Role:
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver interventions tailored to participants' needs.
- Provide services in homes, schools, or clinics as needed.
- Contribute to improving service delivery and outcomes.
- Participate in education programs and maintain confidentiality.
- Passion for supporting people with disabilities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Understanding of privacy and confidentiality.
- Relevant degree and professional membership.
- Valid Driver’s License, First Aid, Working with Children Check, Police Check, and NDIS Worker Screen Check.
