We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Pathologist with at least one year of experience to join our team. This role focuses on mobile service delivery within the Greater Sydney area, managing a diverse caseload that includes NDIS participants and Aged Care clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored therapeutic strategies aimed at improving communication skills and swallowing function for clients across various age groups.
- Provide direct therapy services within the community, visiting clients in their homes, facilities, and other community settings.
- Perform administrative tasks such as report writing and documentation remotely, ensuring accurate and timely records of client progress and therapy outcomes.
- Engage with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of speech pathology.
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) registration.
- Full Australian work rights.
- Valid Australian driver's license held for at least one year and access to a personal vehicle.
- At least one year of experience in speech pathology.
- Previous NDIS experience is required.
- Willingness to travel all around Sydney.
- Current Working With Children (WWC) Check.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Current Police Check (National Police Certificate) for employment

- $100k-$120k base salary depending on experience
- 38 hours a week with flexible start and finish times
