Flinders Medical Centre are looking for a casual Spiritual Care Chaplain to join their team!About the role:Spiritual Care plays a unique role in improving the quality and experience of healthcare. As the Spiritual Care Casual Chaplain you will be a member of the Spiritual Care team that seeks to address the Spiritual Care needs of patients, families and staff. In this role, you will provide accountable Spiritual Care and contribute to a supportive 'faith friendly' culture conducive to holistic care that promotes wellness, resilience and participation. Given the role is casual, hours are to meet the needs of the services and will be irregular.About you:

• Relevant qualifications or undertaking studies in Theology, Counselling, Social Sciences, or equivalent at a tertiary level
• At least one unit of Clinical Pastoral Education or the equivalent
• Meet requirements of Member level with Spiritual Care Australia
• Relevant experience as a Spiritual Care practitioner, providing appropriate Spiritual Care within a faith tradition/community setting.
• Able to provide confidential emotional and spiritual support for patients, their families and staff
