This entry level position requires an outgoing personality and confidence in dealing with key stakeholders. Candidates must have a fun-loving disposition and a can-do attitude. Previous event agency or association experience is a definite advantage. Strong administration skills are a must.
The role supports our Sponsorship Fulfillment Coordinator in the delivery of contracted entitlements sponsors and exhibitors who have signed up to support our conferences. The successful applicant will possess the following attributes.
- Understands, or is willing to be mentored in, the fulfillment process associated with sponsorship and exhibition contracts
- Obsessed with attention to detail and accuracy
- Great organisational, time management and admin skills
- A people person
- Loads of initiative
- Eager to learn under mentorship of an experienced Sponsorship Coordinator
- Enthusiastic to deliver quality results
- Not afraid to recommend new procedures and efficiency offerings
- EventsAir experience, highly desirable
