Executive Assistant Asset Management

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide effective and confidential administrative support the Executive Manager, Asset Management. This is a fast-paced role, which will require you to provide extensive administration support to the Executive Manger such as, diary management, arranging travel and secretarial support.The person we are seeking will demonstrate: -

• Experience in secretarial and administrative support for an Executive member of staff.
• High level computer skills particularly with Microsoft Office.
• Highly developed time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Advanced interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Highly polished written communications skills with experience in the development of high-level correspondence such as, Board Papers and Board Presentations.
