The Role:
Do you have a passion for sporting and athletic wear and serving customers whilst encouraging your team to be the best they can be? Our client is looking for a Store Leader to not only achieve the sales goals but to mentor, train and lead the team, revistalise the visual merchandising, and control and manage the stock.
About you:
- Retail Store Management or Senior 2IC experience is essential
- Ability to drive top line sales
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to coach and mentor your staff
- Strategic thinker and active problem solver
- Skilled in managing KPIs
- Comfortable with VM, stock management, rosters
- Performance Management experience
