- contribute to creative and innovative learning solutions for clients
- develop new skills and enter the world of learning and development
- support needs analysis and concept generation on assigned projects to ensure solutions are designed to achieve clear learning outcomes
- work with the Product Design team to identify and utilise the most appropriate technology and delivery medium for the learning solution
- ensure all deliverables meet the required quality standards at each stage of the design and development process.
This entry-level role supports the
Learning Experience Design team and works with our Digital Design team to create learning solutions that engage learners and produce tangible outcomes for our clients. As a
Junior Learning Designer, you’ll support design leads on conducting needs analysis and coming up with creative learning solutions. From there you’ll help flesh out those solutions by working with clients and subject-matter experts to develop storyboards, scripts, etc.What we’re looking forYou’ll bring superb written communication skills along with an uncanny knack for sense-making and attention to detail.
